"We are anonymous" by Parmy Olson
If I could peak one thing that made the month june of the year 2017 funny and less boring that would be reading this one non-fiction book. Throughout the month I've been reading a book "We are anonymous" by Parmy Olson. The book covers a lot if not everything on the online collective known as "Anonymous". From the activism side of it and to the Lulz side, the author's work has given broad coverage of the collective for anyone who has only been following anonymous on the media. Having been a bit familiar with the story form media too and watching few documentaries on Anon, it was not that hard to quickly understand and enjoying it.
Funny part is, I read most part of the book, probably 98% of it when on a public transport going to and from work, thanks to the traffic congestion in Dar es Salaam city for making me enjoy this reading every morning and evening when heading to work and back home.
